I am a highly experienced coach (qualifying from The Coaching Academy in 2013 in Personal Performance Coaching). My work has always had a global reach and I pride myself on being able to support my clients/audience where they are at; 1:1, in my online offerings or through my free content.
My work is all about changing your story and doing things your way. Forgetting about the formulas and 'shoulds' and instead carving out the time and space to ask yourself what you want and how you want to do things.
Knowing you are ready for more. Or different. Or exciting. You have a need to shake it up. To see what's possible. To start a new chapter. To launch a business. To get started on your bucket list. To take control of your life. To let go and release the 'old you' because they are outdated. You want to stop talking about ideas, and instead make them a reality. You need first steps.
