What if I need to share personal details

My commitment to you as your coach is that everything is confidential

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. Please purchase with care. 

Do you coach online or in person

Both. I have an international client base. I am on a London timezone and my in person sessions are in Central or North London. 

What if I need to reschedule my session?

With a busy client list, we ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule. Otherwise the session will go ahead.

UnderExtenuating Circumstances I will do my best to be flexible subject to availability.  In the rare event the coach needs to reschedule, 24 hours notice will also be given.
All sessions will begin and end punctually.


Do you offer a payment plan?

Some of my offerings can be purchased using a payment plan. 
 
For payment plan purposes:
You are responsible to ensure all payments are made on time. 

Should your payment bounce, a courtesy email will be sent requesting payment to be processed within 48 hours. 

If payment is more than 3 days late, we reserve the right to suspend your access to further coaching, support and resources. 

If any payment is beyond 30 days
 overdue, we reserve the right to pass onto a Debt recovery Mercantile Agency or a solicitor in order to recover the outstanding amount due and payable. You shall be responsible for all costs that we incur in pursuing any overdue amounts 

What is coaching?

 
Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. 

Other coaching services include value clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, and examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests. 

All information provided by the client to the coach will be kept strictly confidential. If there is an occasion where the subject matter requires specialist help and no longer fits into the coaching framework this will be fully explained to the client. 

Throughout the working relationship the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. 

You, the client is under no obligation to share anything you do not wish to. The sessions are dedicated to you the client, for your benefit and to accelerate your personal success. 

Can I share my log in details with others?

 
All materials shared are owned by Nicky Raby and must not be distributed or shared without permission. This agreement permits only one user for personal use and must not be shared in a public space or repurposed.
