For over the last 20 years I have been designing and delivering my own version of my portfolio career and for the last 15 years, I have helped hundreds of others to do the same.

For as long as I can remember I have always want to do what I love. I didn't want to dread Mondays or spend all week pining for the weekend.

I've always been hugely ambitious and curious and was determined to find a way and build a joyful working life.

My portfolio career has supported me over the last 20 years and has been able to bend and flex to compliment my life and circumstances.

I want to help you to build incredible foundations that are robust, reliable and clear. But also give you flexibility and freedom should you need it/choose it.

I love dreaming big so much, but I love making it happen even more... :)

It takes so much time and effort to 'wing it', so let's make a plan.

Firstly we will establish what you want to be, do, have and feel. Then build your portfolio career/personal brand around that. We don't focus on trends and instead connect with your instincts and values so you can be in ease and flow.

Simplicity and stability; so you can focus on the things that create growth, joy and the results you desire. So much energy is drained through complicated systems and processes so I want to help you streamline everything so it is manageable and enjoyable for you (and your client).

To help you build a strategy to see 'results' quicker. Goal setting/vision boarding isn't floaty; essentially we are putting the postcode in the sat nav so you can begin the journey now.

To embody the next version of you. I invite you to take a 360 degree holistic approach. We look at everything from habits, behaviours, action, environment, energy, mindset, schedule etc so you begin to feel like you are carving your own way. Rather than ‘success’ being someone else’s version. 

I want you to be able to measure your progress so we get clear on the practicalities. I want you to be able break your goals down so things don't feel random and overwhelming and so you are reassured that you are on your way.

To operate into your zone of genius as Gay Hendricks says. Our education system likes us to look at what’s not working but instead, I want to develop what is and take it further. 

To have full permission to go for it; to start today imperfectly and make it happen.

Pricing and Packaging

Once again, I love dreaming big but I also realise the importance of making money so I can I make it happen.

So how do you do what you love and get paid for it?

Well… firstly you have to establish what you love and become very clear about what your version of success is.

Secondly you have to do the money work; the pricing, the packaging, the selling, the showing up, the delivering excellent.

But there is a middle bit that most people miss, that I want you to explore and that is how can you be of service?

How can you share your talents, skills, background, circumstances, experiences, USP, point of view in a way that is useful; maybe to educate, maybe to entertain, maybe to support, maybe to be in service and definitely to create impact.

Visibility and messaging are absolutely key as a personal brand and there are so many ways you can grow your audience (and therefore your sales).

For me personally, I like to be visible in a way that suits my energy levels, personality and circumstances. I rarely show my kids online and naturally I am quite an introvert so I don't want to have a 24/7 drone on the go documenting my whole life.
