As I share today's message; I want to reiterate that I don't think there is a one size fits all. 

As Covid highlighted; we are not all in the same boat. 

We have different experiences of life. 

There are varying reasons and seasons. 

Support looks and feels very different. 

Sometimes we are at capacity and the last thing we need is some life coach sharing tools. 

My intention is to help you create momentum (if that is something you are seeking). A complete 360 may not feel accessible. However you may be keen to make a deliberate but minuscule shuffle forward.
