I share this timeline with you because sometimes you need speed. You need the next steps asap. You need to get in and get out so you can move into action.

Definitely not in the pandemic but also not during most of my coaching career. I love to see it on Instagram; the scenery, the gorgeous backdrops to the journaling, the women's circles...
But for most of my coaching practice, I have been juggling; a full time job to support me whilst I trained. Raising two little koala bear babies (not actual koalas, but those little babies who prefer to be 'on you' the whole time just hanging out) Managing the expected and unexpected commitments of daily life.
So as much as 'jumping on a plane' sounds idealistic; the practicalities were not in my favour, nor did I want to actually live my children.
But sometimes you need to figure out the next bit.
5 year vision boards are beautiful but sometimes...
You need to create a cash injection into your business and you need to make a fast plan to make it happen.
Maybe something unexpected in your life or in the world comes along which has a huge impact on how you run your business so you need to pivot quickly.
Sometimes you need to figure out what to do next; you have so many ideas, thoughts, feelings etc swimming around in your head you are completely overwhelmed.
Sometimes there is something that has blocked the flow (like a bra wire in the washing machine!) and you need some support to get in there and work out what's going on so you can get back in sync with your business.
Sometimes you have to pull over and check the map of your business. There is so much emphasis on goal setting and vision (i.e the nat sav postcode) but if you don't recognise where you are right now, it is going to be difficult to progress.
Your online content has been so helpful and real and practical as well as funny, which is of great relief when all of this can feel heavy on your own.
You are honestly super at what you do and I'm so grateful I've started working with you....
Session one: Clarity/Reflection
The ultimate 'where are you now and where you are going'. I'll be honest sometimes this part is not the enjoyable bit... sometimes it is much more fun to set goals and feel inspired.
However we start with this because if you do this bit, everything going forward will be simpler and you will see the results you want quicker. How are you doing? Plus understanding what is going on will create that momentum again; which will welcome creativity, enthusiasm and energy for your business. If you are feeling good and clear, your clients will feel and experience that.
Session Two: Money
I am a big fan of ‘doing what you love’ but I also know that it is much easier when you are in profit and the money is flowing.
This is not about spreadsheets or complicated equations, this is about working out how much money you want to make and how you want to make it. The great thing is you get to choose. You can decide how you design your income pie. This is one of my favourite sessions This session will be about clarity. Once you know your number, everything else will become a process. I know it can seem crass to talk about money so that’s why I have created this space, so you can picture what your money story looks like for this year. I know it can be uncomfortable for some of us delving into our money, but I am here to support your growth.
Session Three: Be it, don’t sell it
You know I hate sleazy pants marketing and templated ‘one size fits all’ models. One of the most popular questions I am asked is ‘how do I sell without feeling ick about it’. Don’t worry there is a simpler way. A way that will feel great for you. Plus if you lean into your uniqueness, everything will become easier and full of more ease.
Session Four: Visibility: The energy and marketing plan
People need and want what you have to offer- but perhaps they don’t know you yet. So let’s build a visibility plan that is aligned with your money goals and your life goals so you can make your work work for you. I want this plan to work for you when you are working and when you are not.

I’ve always known that I have wanted to do this but the last few years have been so tough, I was beginning to doubt myself.
The way that you hold space for people is incredible. In your company, I feel that this is all possible. I also have plan (thank you). So not only does it feel good, it makes sense on paper.

Your CEO day as a personal brand; an opportunity to dive deep into where you’ve been, where you are right now and where you are going.
Big answers to your questions… by the end of the day. I know the efficacy of long term commitments but sometimes you need answers because you need results; i.e. you need to pay the bills (and you are not quite sure how you are going this yet this month) or you need to unlock the next chapter because you know you are meant for more. Or internal or external circumstances have shifted everything you need to work in a new way.
A sense of getting back on track and making your progress manageable and quickly. Life and business can be so overwhelming (and sometimes full of ugly cries) so having practical support that will unlock answers is reassuring.. I.e knowing what to do next.
The time and space to fully check in away from the to do lists and email responses aka the busy work. Stepping into this different headspace will allow you to bring focus and attention in a different way. To ask bigger questions; to delve deeper to find an easier way, to listen intuitively to what you know you need.
These sessions are purposeful, practical and bold. I first launched this course at the height of lockdown where families and business owners needed to be responsive and nimble. There is no ‘filler’ in this course, the contents get right to the point. The programme contains 4 x 1 hour sessions that can be worked through at your own pace.
This could be the nudge you have needed for a while to get back into the groove. You know that you have the ideas, skills, talents etc but this gentle encouragement and reminder will help you move into action.
