On March 1st 2024, I will be hosting a live version of Speak UP for a limited number of people (I have to cap the numbers because there is a 1:1 element).
Firstly; once you have purchased your ticket, I will send you some pre work for you to complete in advance (of March 1st) so I can get to know your speaking goals and where you would like my help.
Secondly we will come together on March 1st for a full day of live learning. There will be four sessions (all recorded for you to access afterwards) that will support you through the entire process. Each session will be designed to be actionable. So after each session, you will have a clear check list to follow so you know what to do next.
Thirdly, for the week following; you have direct 1:1 access to me via whats app, email, voice note. I want to deliver on my promise of you having every thing you need to be become a paid speaker (you have to do the work too). Essentially it is a week of accountability, your questions being answered, another pair of eyes/ears on your work etc so you make it happen.
Fourthly (this is optional, you can choose the second option and add a 1:1 session on top which comes with its own week of support, if you would prefer to test out your talk and get some additional inperson/online support.
To be open for business... welcoming speaking as a new income stream and to be in the mix for future opportunities
To pitch. If you see an opportunity (or want to create one) you will be confident and prepared to go for it.
To find a visibility rhythm. I love the idea of having such a wonderful, vibrant online presence that you can actually spend more time offline. You never know when people will be looking for you, so building a robust online portfolio will serve you well.

I have been a paid, intentional speaker for over 25 years. I trained as an actor at Mountview and was awarded The Jim Broadbent scholarship by auditioning for the man himself.
Over a decade ago, I trained at The Coaching Academy and have since worked with 1000s of clients; from Founders, Creatives, Popstars, Journalists, Leaders, Stylists, Speakers, CEOs, Digital experts, Healers, Teachers, Medical professionals. RuIe Makers (Lawyers) and Rule Breakers (Monetising non traditional careers; curating a portfolio career on their terms) Innovators, Technology Trailblazers, Dreamers, Foodies, Raconteurs, Game changers, Artists, Designers, Storytellers, Strategists, Wellbeing experts.

This is about you and your speaking goals. Firstly let's get clear on the vision; then we can work backwards and build the plan.
Let's go for the ideal version. Turning up the brightness on exactly what you like.
We will do the behind the scenes work; refining your story; what do people need to know about you and can you share your expertise. we will build anecdotes and tangible tips so you provide huge value every time you communicate. Understanding your USP so you become the perfect person for the opportunity, coupled with a full understanding of your offering and how it differs to what already exists in your market.
Creating a strategy that will support you for the next 90 days so you showing up and sharing your message becomes a ‘non negotiable’
Session Two - Your Online Home
Your unstoppable, holistic, full bodied online presence... on your terms. No templates. Not feeling like you have to be someone else or a weird, giddy version of yourself. You being you so you show up brilliantly for your ideal client/customer/audience.
Here we begin to build your strong foundations; your about page, your speakers page, your portfolio, and where and how you show up online.
I will help you identify your target market and create with them in mind.I know it’s only module two but here we get things up and running fast; you can tweak as you go, plus your next paid opportunity may just be waiting for this version of you.
Session Three - Delivering the good stuff
In a world full of people who love to chat about things, this is your opportunity to show people that you are ready. We are going to begin the process of curating your portfolio - so for example, if you got a call tomorrow, you would be prepared. We will be devising your talk, pulling together ideas for keynotes, preparing pitches and putting yourself in a confident position whereby you can thrive and exceed expectations.
Session Four - The money, the admin and the logistics
Aka the the stuff you may want to avoid. I was an agent for 6 year working as Kelle Bryan's right hand woman. As Head of Client Relationships, I was negotiating deals for the clients (we worked with every major network). A great deal is not just about great money; it is about protecting you and your work; whilst delivering excellence. Getting paid is not just about plucking a number out of your head; it is about putting together agreement that serves all parties; in the short term and long term.

The 1:1 session is valid for 3 months and the additional week of support will commence after that session. Sessions are available online or in person.
