You may not have the traditional Friday feels...

Sometimes there can be pressure to feel amazing on a get that sense of euphoria that the week is over and you should celebrate in style. 

But in reality you may want to stick your head under a duvet asap and write the week off. Maybe you've had disappointments, or things didn't go your way. Perhaps you didn't get the clients/customers you expected. Maybe the money didn't flow or everything just felt bloody hard. 
I've had all of those things in the past and I'm sure will experience many of them again. 

However I know I give myself permission now to do what I need to do. To rest, to regroup (with myself) and take it slowly. Most importantly gain perspective and be kind to myself.
