T U E S D A Y T O O L S | Breakfast

Breakfast. Good fuel for my body. I would love to say I have an amazing, punchy smoothie everyday but often it is porridge. However I have started to packed some nutrients onto it; berries, banana, chia seeds, cinnamon, honey, baobab- not always at once. 

I recently discovered @pickuplimes You tube channel so going to try some new ideas. 
I always used to think I was too busy in the morning but now I cannot afford to start my day in a rubbish way... I could easily be hangry by 8:11am..
