Two kitchen and health additions

Two kitchen additions as per my Monday moves. 

@adunaworld Baobab to thrown into yogs or porridge to crank up my vitamins. Plus it tastes smashing and not like an old shed. Secondly coconut oil for cooking... there were too many throws of oil and too many big knobs (oo er!) of butter so melting things up with some good fat.

Only two changes but it is a start.

Basically I am busy, creative, working, ambitious mama who needs some proper fuel and loves grub ( I do like kale but two leaves are never going to leave me satisfied) and doing my best to make it work. Any other simple tips?
