Roasted Curly Kale | (tastes like seaweed and everyone always asked how I make it)

Kale is a recent addition to my shopping trolley, but definitely makes a regular appearance.

Healthy crisps? Count me in.

This recipe was taken from Gwyneth Paltrow's 'Notes from my Kitchen Table'

Plus it tastes like seaweed and there is zero frying involved. It goes with anything, stick a big bowl on the dinner table and it will definitely get eaten.

Here's how you make it.

Pre heat the oven to 200c  and add kale to a bowl

Toss the kale with olive oil (2tbsps) and coarse salt (maldon)

Add to a roasting tray and roast for 12-15 minutes
