How to combat feeling overwhelmed, stressed and too busy

So January is here, resolutions are in full swing and I have a to do list so long I could wang it round my head and skip with it... if I had the coordination and a reliable back. I discovered a little technique today ( not claiming it as my own probably been around for yonks... ) It took me back to the year 2000 and made me go all misty eyed. But more importantly it helped me to get out of my head, on to the task at hand and ultimately get shit done. I wonder if you have the same letter?
